2. Hosting and log data

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). When you visit, log data (IP address, date, time, requested page, user agent) is processed automatically to the extent technically necessary for operating the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is deleted after a short period.

3. Analytics with Plausible

Plausible Analytics is used for reach measurement. Plausible sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and creates no user profiles. Data is processed within the EU. Only aggregated metrics such as page views, referrers and browser type are collected. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis).

4. Appointment booking via Cal.com

This website links to the Cal.com scheduling service. Only when you follow the link and book an appointment does Cal.com process the data you provide (name, email address, chosen time slot). The service is not embedded on this website; no data is transferred to Cal.com by merely visiting this site. Legal basis for processing in the course of booking: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

5. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your details are stored to process the inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this policy

I reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy to reflect ongoing legal and technical changes.
